My Thoughts on 9/11, Immigration and Jobs

Image
9/11 happened a long time back. Our nation needs to heal and move forward. We must never forget the lives lost and and always remember the sacrifices made during that horrific tragedy. We must also continually watch out for the lone wolves or radicals who seek to destroy our peace. We must also work together on stopping new illegal immigrants coming to our country, but must do so in the right way, the human way, the peaceful way! Dalal Family in Ahmedabad, Gujarat on December 30, 2014 "India has the right, if she only knew, of becoming the predominant partner by reason of her numbers, geographical position and culture inherited for ages. She is the greatest storehouse of spiritual knowledge." India will Celebrate 68th Independence Day on August 15

My mother country India will be celebrating 67 years of Independence on August 15 . I will be simultaneously celebrating 21 years of marriage on August 15 (my wife and I got married in Buena Park, Orange County on August 15, 1993 according to Hindu custom). I live in the greatest democracy of the world United States of America with my family and love the free-spirit, opportunity, education, security and equality that USA offers to our citizens. I moved to USA in 1987 along with my sister in pursuit of the dream, went to school here, found my life partner, got married, was blessed with two beautiful children and became a naturalized USA citizen in 2008. My wife is our rock of the family.   At the same time, I am privileged to be born and raised in the largest democracy of the world India that is poised to prosper every day under the leadership of prime minister Shri Narendra Modi. Growing up in India with my parents, sisters, grand parents, and close family members taught me about o...
